Inside Denali National Park

Immerse yourself in the wilderness of Denali National Park while enjoying the comforts of home. This Alaskan-owned, eco-friendly lodge is perched on a tundra plateau that offers views of Denali and the surrounding mountains. Famous Wonder Lake is just two miles away and is accessible by foot path or lodge vehicle.

The lodge owners believe in stewardship of the land and in turn educating those that come to visit. Naturalist-led hikes, field trips, and evening programs provide unique insight into the park that very few visitors get to experience. Despite the remote setting, the North Face Lodge offers a high standard and commitment to their cuisine. All meals are included in your stay. Breakfast and dinner are served family style and lunch is a full spread of sandwich fixings and snacks for you to create a sack lunch to take on the day’s adventure. Whenever possible the lodge strives to use in-season produce from their own green house or local growers and their meat from local farms. Sourcing their ingredients locally helps to minimalize their environmental footprint and lends to the sustainable mission of the lodge.

Guided group hikes are offered every day and organized by the level of physical activity, providing the best experience for each guest. Knowledgeable guides share their knowledge of the wildlife, landscape and history of the region. You also have the opportunity to seek out independent adventures during your stay.
